The Alessi Pulcina Espresso Coffee Maker is a modern espresso machine that blends illycaffè's coffee-processing technology with Alessi's design expertise. Architect, Michele de Lucchi, designed the Pulcina with a groundbreaking little feature that stops the coffee flow before it develops a bitter taste, preserving the rich and full flavour of your espresso. The spout, shaped like a chick's beak (hence the name, "Pulcina"), expertly stops the dripping.
